Build capacities
We train and transform individuals and groups in different capacities; may it be in your organisation or constituents outside, we better the usual and unique alike.
Capacity building is about the ability to deliver the mission effectively now, and in the future. Capacity building is an investment in the effectiveness and future sustainability of an entity. We bring you to the next level of operational, programmatic, financial, or organizational maturity, so your organisation may more effectively and efficiently advance its mission into the future. We consider capacity building as a continuous improvement process towards the creation of a sustainable and effective organization.
Before we begin to conduct capacity building work, we extensively assess the real need for it. We engage with the stakeholders on capacity development and understand their perspective. Our process encourages participation by all and shares ownership to make them feel more responsible for the outcome and sustainability of the development. We then assess pre-existing capacities to see what areas require additional training, what areas should be prioritized, in what ways capacity building can be incorporated into local and institutional development strategies. We formulate a capacity development response based on four core aspects; leadership; teams; organisations and constituents. We implement a capacity development response with the inclusion of multiple systems: national, local, institutional. We involve continual reassessment and expect change depending on changing situations. We include evaluative indicators to measure the effectiveness of initiated programmes.
Leadership Training

We believe that leadership by either an individual or an organization can catalyze the achievement of development objectives. Strong leadership allows for easier adaptation to changes, and strong leaders can also influence people. We encourage organisations to develop leadership skills such as priority setting, communication and strategic planning.
Team-building Workshops

For proper implementation of projects, organisations require better performance and efficiency amongst the team members. A lack of cohesiveness in teamwork allows for the proliferation of lethargy and sluggishness in performance. We promote the strengthening of accountability frameworks and mindsets to voluntarily take up responsibilities.
Organisational Transformation

Organizational capacity building is used by NGOs, foundations and governments to guide their internal development and activities. Distinct capacity building projects, such as identifying a communications strategy, improving volunteer recruitment, ensuring thoughtful leadership succession, updating a nonprofit’s technology, and improving how it measures its outcomes, all build the capacity of an organisation to effectively deliver its mission. We successfully strengthen your ability to fulfill the mission over time, thereby enhancing the ability to have a positive impact on lives and communities.
