Purpose

The idea behind our campaign is to illuminate the emerging field of conscious urbanism and its potential to revolutionize the way we plan, design, and inhabit our cities. Drawing inspiration from the Auroville Galaxy Plan, we seek to raise awareness about the principles of conscious design and encourage stakeholders to prioritize humanity-centric approaches in urban development. As we navigate the fourth industrial revolution, marked by rapid technological advancements, our perception of work and life undergoes a transformative shift. With enhanced accessibility of renewable energy, affordability of interconnected mobility, and availability of communication channels, the traditional concentration of resources in cities diminishes. Humanity moves towards an era where work serves to enrich life rather than solely earning a living, making work an instrument of fraternity, beyond equality and liberty. In this context, Karmayoga emerges as a collective currency of brotherhood and individual token of concentration.
